Anti-Spam Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026

Direct Home Holding Company LLC prohibits the advertising of our websites, domains, and services through unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, or any other form of spam.

This prohibition applies to us, our employees, our affiliates, our partners, and any third party sending on our behalf. It is not aspirational language. It is the standard we hold ourselves to and the standard we require of anyone who promotes our services.

Who we are

Direct Home is a home-improvement referral service. We connect homeowners with vetted, licensed, independent local installers. We do not install, manufacture, or warranty the work ourselves. References to "Direct Home" mean Direct Home Holding Company LLC, located at 518 S 2420 W, Provo, UT 84601.

What we require of every sender

1. No purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped lists

We do not send to lists acquired by scraping websites, harvesting addresses, or purchasing bulk contact files of unknown provenance. Where we obtain contact data from a third-party data provider, that data is subject to the verification requirement below before any message is sent.

2. Mandatory verification before sending

Every email address must pass third-party verification before it receives a message from us. Addresses returning invalid, catch-all, disposable, or unverifiable results are not contacted. Addresses at defunct or abandoned email providers are removed regardless of verification result.

3. Truthful headers and subject lines

Every commercial message we send contains accurate header information, a truthful subject line that reflects the actual content of the message, and clear identification of the sender. We do not use falsified, misrepresented, or forged header information. We do not use deceptive Re: or Fwd: prefixes or any other device designed to make an unsolicited message appear to be part of an existing conversation.

4. Full sender identification

Every commercial message identifies Direct Home Holding Company LLC by legal name and includes our physical postal address, in every message of every sequence, not only the first.

5. Working, immediate, permanent opt-out

Every commercial message includes a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently. Unsubscribed addresses and addresses that have hard-bounced are added to a permanent suppression list and are never contacted again.

6. No misrepresentation of who we are or what we do

We do not misrepresent the sender, the origin, or the purpose of a communication. We do not claim to be the installer, we do not guarantee savings, and we do not advertise incentives or tax credits that are not currently available.

7. Third-party accountability

Any third party who violates this policy while promoting our services has their relationship with us terminated.

Volume and sending practices

We authenticate all sending domains with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. We monitor bounce rates and spam-complaint rates continuously and suspend sending when either exceeds our internal thresholds. We do not use open-tracking or click-tracking pixels in our outbound email.

Reporting a violation

If you believe you have received a message that violates this policy, or that promotes Direct Home in violation of this policy, please report it to us. We investigate every report and act on confirmed violations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
