These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Direct Home website and our home-improvement referral and appointment-setting service. Please read them carefully before using the site or submitting a request.
By accessing this website or submitting a request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. In these Terms, "Direct Home," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Direct Home Holding Company LLC, located at 518 S 2420 W, Provo, UT 84601. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
Direct Home is a home-improvement referral and appointment-setting service across five trades — solar, roofing, windows, artificial turf, and pools. We handle the front of the funnel: marketing, outreach, communication, answering your questions, and booking your free in-home consultation. We then connect you with a vetted, licensed, independent local installer who performs the consultation, prepares pricing, and carries out any work.
If you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages related to the services you requested, sent through our messaging platform (currently HighLevel). This messaging program sends service-related and, if you opt in, promotional messages to customers who submit a request to Direct Home Holding Company LLC through our website at https://directhome.ai or our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in via a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. We offer two separate, optional consent options on our web form, each with its own checkbox:
Both SMS consent options are optional, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to the number that messaged you; reply HELP for help or contact us at support@directhome.ai or (888) 448-8316. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Our SMS program is intended for adults (18+) and complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws. Any designs, scopes of work, savings projections, timelines, and pricing presented before a signed installation agreement are preliminary estimates for illustration only. They are based on the information you provide and on assumptions that may change after a site assessment by the independent installer.
Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including site and structural conditions, weather, material and equipment availability, permitting, and applicable laws. Direct Home does not guarantee any specific cost savings, rebate, or financial outcome. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or financial advice.

The website and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, imagery, and the Direct Home name and brand — are owned by Direct Home or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view this content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.
Our site may reference or link to third-party tools, installers, and websites (such as the analytics and lead-certification providers described in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or work of any third party, including independent installers, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The website and any information or estimates provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Home disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Direct Home does not perform installation work and makes no warranty regarding any work performed by an independent installer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Home and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the website, any referral, or reliance on any pre-contract estimate or design, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Direct Home from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah. At Direct Home's election, any dispute may instead be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the State of Utah, and you and Direct Home waive the right to a jury trial for any such arbitrated dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
